Sean is a trainee solicitor currently in his third seat within the Criminal Litigation team, having previously worked in the  Real Estate & Construction and Family and Divorce teams.

Sean joined Kingsley Napley in December 2014 as a paralegal in the immigration department. He assisted on a wide range of cases for a variety of individual clients, from high net worth and high profile individuals to child refugees. He has been described as a “personable, involved and communicative” member of the team who “always responds to any issues and queries”.

Sean builds strong relationships with his clients. He understands that the legal process can be an unsettling time for clients so he does his best to reassure them and guide them through. He has an excellent track record of obtaining successful outcomes for those he assists.

Sean read History at the University of Manchester before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law. He completed the LPC in 2018 but previously completed the BPTC and was called to the Bar in 2016.

  • Assisted with extending the leave of persons currently in the UK under as Tier 1 of the Points Based System including Investors, Entrepreneurs and Exceptional Talent categories.
  • Advised on and assisted with the preparation of applications for Permanent Residence and Residence Cards for European nationals and their family members.
