Employers should take care when considering the dismissal of employees with long-term medical conditions
Rebecca is a Trainee Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team. She joined Kingsley Napley in July 2014 as a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory Team, before becoming Head Legal Assistant in July 2016. Rebecca has worked in the Immigration Team and Employment Team as part of her Training Contract.
In her role as a Legal Assistant, Rebecca worked on cases where the firm was instructed both by regulatory bodies in fitness to practise proceedings as well as by regulated professionals in relation to regulatory and disciplinary proceedings.
Rebecca obtained a degree in French and Management from the University of Leeds. Rebecca went onto complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and obtained a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course in 2012.
