Razneet Cheema joined Kingsley Napley in July 2019 as a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory Team.
Razneet investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, conviction, ill-health and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). This involves speaking to witnesses, drafting their witness statements, instructing experts and liaising with other parties for further documentary evidence.
Razneet is currently studying for the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School and holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Leicester (2015). Razneet also plays for the Kingsley Napley Netball Team.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Razneet worked as a Paralegal at a criminal legal aid firm for three and a half years during which time she undertook casework and assisted in the day-to-day management of the firm.
