I just wanted to say a massive thank-you on behalf of the family for everything you've done to help my father bring his case to a successful resolution. From my own personal perspective, it is such huge relief knowing that that he will now receive the care and support he deserves - and this is entirely down to your efforts, commitment, patience and professionalism over the last few years. I know that he and the rest of the family can now look forward to a much brighter future together after such a challenging and unsettling chapter. We are forever thankful”.

Client S regarding the neonatal death of her daughter, 2020
“I am dropping you a line to express my sincere thanks for all that you achieved in the help provided to (the family) in their hour of such great need…. Without your input I know that (the family) could never have achieved the successful outcome…No amount of financial reimbursement will ever compensate for (the family member’s) so sad demise, but the relief of pressure that the family can now feel must be immeasurable, and Punam that is due to you”.
Mr DA, the family member in a fatal accident case, 2019:
"I am pleased to have the opportunity to express my feelings regarding the outstanding service you provide to me, yes it’s that word again, we can’t all be wrong. From our very first conversation I had the warm feeling that I was going to be well looked after and well represented and this has been proved to be very much the case . I have found Punam’s main attributes are that she has a natural empathy for my medical condition as well as for my family life. Her professional knowledge and ethical behaviour continues to astound me. She is always available and very approachable. I am very glad she is on my side”.

"The support, both technical and emotional, that my we have received from the KN team, and indeed Counsel and the various Experts, has been amazing…we are so grateful for the professional yet friendly and compassionate way you have looked after us. Our thanks to all of you, but in particular to Punam and Suzanne for guiding us through the process. We achieved a result that was above our expectations and the settlement will ensure that my Mother can enjoy a high standard of care for her remaining years.
