Pippa Yawson is a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory team. Pippa joined Kingsley Napley in November 2019 as a Case Support Paralegal before progressing as a Legal Assistant in January 2021.

Pippa investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health, and lack of competence. Pippa’s case load is specific to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and pertains to wide ranging allegations. Pippa effectively manages her HCPC case load whilst working promptly to required timescales, and with attention to detail. Pippa regularly interviews witnesses and drafts witness statements on their behalf. She instructs experts where necessary, and liaises with third-parties, such as Police and Healthcare Trusts to ensure that investigations are thorough and to a high quality.

Pippa obtained an Undergraduate Law Degree and Integrated Master’s Degree from Northumbria University, Newcastle in 2018.
