  • Advising company directors and stakeholders in relation to turnaround and restructuring matters during the COVID-19 pandemic. 
  • Acting for various insolvency office holders in the UK and internationally on claims relating to preference, transactions at an undervalue and in defraud of creditors; assisting company directors in relation to similar claims and their duties generally. 
  • Defending claims brought by a real estate investment bank in a shareholder dispute.
  • Acting for a real estate developer in a $200m international arbitration claim.
  • Defending a $150m international arbitration claim commenced by the liquidators of an offshore fund.
  • Defending an investment fund in relation to a $180m statutory demand based on convertible loan notes and related claims.
