Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill – what it means and where it is at now
Laura is a Trainee Solicitor in her third seat within the Employment team, having previously worked in the Family & Divorce and Regulatory teams. she joined Kingsley Napley in September 2014 as a paralegal in the Immigration team, before becoming a legal assistant in February 2016.
Before securing her training contract with Kingsley Napley, Laura worked within the Corporate Immigration team, with a particular focus on business immigration and acting as the first point of contact for several clients. She also assisted with a variety of immigration applications outside of the Points Based System, including applications for British citizenship, or under European Law.
Laura studied Scots Law at Edinburgh Napier University and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury 2017.
