Jacinta joined Kingsley Napley in April 2021 as Operations Manager for our Immigration department and specialises in operations management and operational excellence.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the legal services market, Jacinta provides strategic advice, operational, continuous improvement and project management expertise, with a focus on driving and optimising performance, efficiency and profitability.
Outside of work, Jacinta is completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to joining Kingsley Napley Jacinta was Operations Manager at a US law firm.
