Gemma investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-heath, conviction and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council.

Gemma obtained a first class degree in Law from the University of Glasgow, with one year studying at the University of Western Australia, in 2014. She achieved a Distinction in the GDL from BPP University in 2017.

Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Gemma worked as a Legal and Policy Intern with Fair Trials International.
