Fiona investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health, conviction and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Fiona obtained her undergraduate degree in Law & Criminology from the University of Sheffield.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Fiona worked as a Paralegal at Irwin Mitchell LLP in the Medical Negligence department. Fiona was responsible for investigating cases of negligent treatment on behalf of claimants in both public and private healthcare. Fiona also has experience of preparing for Coroner’s Inquests.
