Felicity advises corporate clients on all stages of the Tier 2 immigration process and advises sponsors in relation to their on-going compliance responsibilities and obligations. She also advises on points based system applications for family members, indefinite leave to remain applications, EEA applications, Appendix FM applications and naturalisation applications.
Felicity studied Anthropology and Archaeology at Durham University before completing her law conversion course and Legal Practice Course. She volunteered during her studies at the South Manchester Law Centre, which specialised in immigration law, and at the Personal Support Unit assisting litigants in person at court.
Felicity worked at the Equality and Human Rights Commission in the legal team before moving to London to complete an internship at the AIRE Centre. She worked thereafter as a Paralegal at Gherson, Baker & McKenzie and Fragomen, where she qualified as a solicitor, before joining Kingsley Napley in November 2017 as an Associate.
