Elizabeth is an Associate in the family team, advising clients on all aspects of private family law, including both children and financial matters.

Elizabeth is committed to resolving matters outside of the court setting, but she also has considerable experience representing clients at the Central Family Court and High Court should proceedings be necessary.

Elizabeth works on a broad range of private family matters, often with an international element, including:

  • Divorce and Dissolution;
  • Cohabitation disputes;
  • Pre and post-nuptial agreements;
  • Complex financial disputes; and
  • Issues concerning the arrangements for children  (including where the children will live and with whom they will spend time,  a relocation within, or outside, England and Wales, child abduction or financial provision for children).

Elizabeth acts for a wide range of clients, including bankers and other professionals, entrepreneurs and homemakers, with an equal balance of men and women. She also advises clients where there are allegations of abuse. 

Elizabeth read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Durham University and completed her GDL and LPC at the University of Law in London. Elizabeth trained at Farrer & Co LLP, qualifying into their family team in September 2013. She joined Kingsley Napley in October 2018.

Further information

In her spare time Elizabeth enjoys music, cooking and all outdoor activities, whether it be running, playing hockey or trekking in the Italian Alps.  She is running the London Marathon in 2019 for Cancer Research.
