Elena is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She has a wide-ranging commercial practice involving both individual and corporate clients.
Elena studied Law at the University of Nottingham before completing the Bar Vocational Course at BPP College London in 2010. She subsequently completed a masters in Medical Law at King’s College London in 2012 and her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP College London in 2016.
Elena trained at Kingsley Napley and joined the Dispute Resolution team in 2018.
Elena’s commercial litigation experience includes acting for claimants and defendants on a variety of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, breach of trust and contractual disputes. She also has experience in dealing with high-value professional negligence claims and assisting as part of supervising solicitors’ teams on the execution of search orders. Elena’s broader practice also includes reputation and media, civil fraud and boardroom and shareholder disputes.
Elena regularly carries out pro bono work for Z2K, a charity which provides representation for individuals at the First Tier Tribunal in relation to the refusal of disability benefits.
Elena grew up in Cyprus and is fluent in Greek.
