Eleanor is an Associate in the Employment team.

She advises both businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law. This includes both contentious and non-contentious matters such as employment contracts, unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, terminations, redundancies and settlement negotiations, as well as disciplinary and grievance investigations.  

She has experience of litigation in the Employment Tribunal acting for individuals and employers across a variety business sectors including financial services, technology, education and professional services.  

Eleanor read law at the University of Oxford, before completing a Masters in Medical Law and Ethics at King’s College London. She studied the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, completed her training contract with Kingsley Napley and fully qualified as a solicitor in September 2021.
