Clementine joined Kingsley Napley in April 2021 as a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory team before progressing to the role of Head Legal Assistant in January 2022.
 

She investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council.

Clementine also has experience working on fitness to practise proceedings for other regulators such as the Architects Registration Board.

Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Clementine worked across both civil and criminal litigation before moving on to act on behalf of large corporate airlines in small claims proceedings. Clementine studied Law at the University of Liverpool before undertaking the Legal Practice Course (LPC).
