Changes to the SRA’s Reporting Obligation
Christina Paine joined Kingsley Napley in March 2017 as a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory team.
Christina investigates and prepares fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health, and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Christina obtained her undergraduate law degree at Queen Mary, University of London and subsequently obtained a Very Competent on the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC).
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Christina worked as a Legal Assistant in the Family department at Miles and Partners Solicitors.
