Christina is an Associate in the firm’s Regulatory team.

She specialises in the defence of a range of professionals, particularly in the legal and financial industries, and assists on matters spanning the Regulatory department’s three core service areas, namely defending regulated individuals, organisations and corporatesadvice for regulators and public bodies; and legal services regulation. Christina also has a growing practice in advising on sexual misconduct cases in the higher education sector.

Christina’s recent cases include:

  • Advising a mid-tier accountancy firm in relation to Financial Reporting Council (FRC) proceedings in respect of the audit of a well-known high street brand.
  • Advising a student accountant in the defence of a complaint brought by CIMA.
  • Advising a university student on a sexual assault allegation brought by their University.

Prior to qualification Christina studied Law with German at The University of Birmingham, including undertaking one year at the Freie Universitaet in Berlin. She subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law in Bloomsbury.
