Carine is a solicitor with over 8 years’ experience in managing corporate immigration matters under the Points Based System. 
 
She supports HR teams in managing their UK immigration needs and advises a broad range of clients across all sectors, including law firms and wealth management companies.  She has experience of:
 
  • Tier 2 sponsor licence applications and dealing with compliance issues, revocations and any civil penalty notices; 
  • European law applications and Brexit related advice; 
  • Spouse/Civil Partnership/Unmarried Partner/Fiancé applications; and
  • A range of other applications including Ancestry, Settlement and British citizenship.
Carine has worked in the field of UK immigration since 2011 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in January 2016. She previously worked at a niche UK immigration firm and then a large international US firm before joining Kingsley Napley in November 2017.

  • overturning Home Office decisions where caseworking errors have occurred and challenging interpretation of the rules and policy;
  • advising a start-up high technology software company on its Tier 2 sponsor licence application; and
