Callum is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. He advises on a broad range of matters with a particular focus on reputation management and civil fraud.

Callum advises on all aspects of reputation management, including pre and post-publication advice, defamation, privacy, harassment, the removal of online content and general crisis management. His clients include professional athletes, entrepreneurs, high-profile individuals and their families, as well as corporate clients going through crises or receiving threats to their reputations.

Callum’s experience also encompasses complex and high-value contractual disputes, misrepresentation claims, civil fraud, internal investigations and acting for corporate clients and financial institutions under investigation by regulators. He has significant experience in claims involving allegations of computer or phone hacking.

Callum has a particular interest in sport related matters, including contractual representation, sports disputes, regulatory matters, e-sports and IP rights.

Callum trained and qualified at Clifford Chance before joining Kingsley Napley in 2021.
