Amy Newhall (née Parkinson) is an associate in the Private Client team; she joined Kingsley Napley in July 2016 from Taylor Wessing LLP. 

Amy advises on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Personal taxation;
  • The administration of estates, including those with a cross-border element;
  • Lifetime succession and estate planning;
  • Wills;
  • The taxation and administration of trusts;
  • Philanthropy; and
  • Powers of attorney.

She acts for executors, trustees, high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and individuals who lack capacity.

Amy obtained a degree in English Literature, Music and History of Art from Durham University before attending the College of Law in Guildford.  She completed her training contract with Taylor Wessing LLP and qualified into their Private Client team in 2012.
