Amelia joined Kingsley Napley as a Paralegal in the family and divorce team in September 2019.
Amelia assists with a range of cases in the Family team relating to both financial and children matters. She regularly liaises with clients (both existing and prospective), counsel, experts and other third parties and attends client meetings and court hearings. Amelia is actively involved in cases; preparing court documents and bundles, researching points of law and collating disclosure and exhibits where required. Amelia also has a special interest in, and assists with, Schedule 1 claims.
Amelia studied Philosophy at the University of Exeter, the LLM Law Conversion and Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Amelia gained experience at a leading family law firm and spent time setting up family law legal clinics in rural Panama, amongst other voluntary pursuits.
