Is it unfair and unrealistic to expect people to avoid political discussions in today's workplace. This was the 'Hot Topic' discussed in the latest edition of HR Magazine, published on 3 October 2019. 


Richard Fox comments on the risks involved in allowing "political" discussion in the workplace, with particular reference to the Brexit debate:

In the current febrile political environment people are increasingly becoming engaged, even consumed, by the Brexit debate. From a legal perspective this is quite a complicated area."
