Press release: Kingsley Napley announces new partner in Real Estate

Law firm Kingsley Napley LLP is pleased to announce that Claire Lamkin has joined its Real Estate and Construction team as a Partner, with effect from this week. 

Claire is a property litigator and is experienced in disputes ranging from rights to light, party walls, development agreements, service charges, dilapidations, lease renewals and break clauses, as well as tenancy deposits, trespass, restrictive covenants and matters involving insolvency issues. 

She acts for parties with commercial property interests in addition to residential property owners. She is particularly well known in the retail space where she has an impressive track record.  

Claire becomes the sixth partner in Kingsley Napley’s growing Real Estate and Construction practice whose clients include developers, entrepreneurs, HNW individuals, investors, trusts, landlords and tenants across commercial property transactions, development projects and high value residentials sales and purchases.

Claire joins from Blake Morgan where she has been a partner for the last six years. She trained at specialist property litigation firm Dewar Hogan where she worked for 9 years attaining partnership, before moving to Piper Smith Watton LLP which merged with Blake Morgan LLP in 2015.
