Simon has significant experience in commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals and the letting of retail and office space. He has worked with landlords and tenants as well as property investment companies and has particular expertise in the fuel service stations sector.
He also advises high net worth individuals on the legal aspects of their property portfolios, both commercial and residential.
Simon becomes the seventh partner in Kingsley Napley’s growing Real Estate and Construction team whose clients include developers, entrepreneurs, HNW individuals, investors, trusts, landlords and tenants across commercial property transactions, development projects, and high-value residential sales and purchases.
Simon joins Kingsley Napley from Armstrong Teasdale Limited, which acquired Kerman & Co in January 2021 where he had worked for seventeen years. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1998 and is also qualified to practice in Bermuda.
