Kingsley Napley LLP announces two new partners

Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce two new partners at the firm, with effect from this week:

Sandra Paul has been promoted to Partner in the Criminal Litigation team. She specialises in advising adults and young people who face criminal allegations of sexual assault; possession of unlawful images, drugs and firearms; and assault including murder. She has worked in the past on high profile cases involving human rights and sexual freedoms and is in demand from leading schools as a speaker and in advising young people on the risks of sexting and other offences that affect young people. Sandra joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 2014.

Jim Sawer has joined as a partner in the Private Client team from Thrings. Jim has extensive experience advising individuals on tax and trust matters as well as succession and inheritance issues. Past clients have included internationally wealthy families residing in London through to farmers and entrepreneurs.
