We are delighted to be ranked again in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For survey 2019, released yesterday.
The firm was ranked 16th Best Company to Work for in the UK, and was the top law firm in the list for the second year in a row. Kingsley Napley also scored highly for leadership with a 12th place ranking in the poll.
The survey cites the firm’s Managing Partner, Linda Woolley as “instrumental in maintaining and protecting the firm’s values and culture, and leads by example in her behaviour and treatment of all members of staff”.
The survey found:
• 95% of staff agreed that “work is an important part of my life” and the firm ranked 4th overall for this question;
• 88% of staff agreed that the organisation is run on strong values/principles.
Linda Woolley, Kingsley Napley’s Managing Partner, comments: “This is the sixth year in a row we have been listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for and is testimony to our commitment to value our people as much as our clients. We continue to be proud of our gender statistics, with a male/female ratio of 26:74 which is ‘business as usual’ for us. We will continue to ensure we are as innovative as possible to help all those in our firm balance their work and personal lives which is important and valued as our result in this poll shows.”
Kingsley Napley’s achievement in the Sunday Times Best Companies survey can be found here.
The rankings were based on the results of a detailed firm-wide employee survey, which probes areas such as leadership and management, levels of commitment and engagement to the firm as well as pay and benefits, personal well-being, CSR and feelings towards colleagues.
