We are delighted to be ranked again in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For survey 2020, released today.
The firm was ranked 26th Best Company to Work for in the UK, and was the top law firm in the list for the third year in a row.
The survey highlights Kingsley Napley’s “open, inclusive and friendly environment” and notes that the firm’s core principles of “teamwork & respect, integrity & fairness, commitment and understanding are reflected in every way that the firm operates.”
The survey also found:
• 98% of staff agree the firm encourages charitable activities;
• 91% of staff agreed that the “organisation is run on strong values/principles”;
• 93% of staff said they felt proud to work at the firm.

The rankings were based on the results of a detailed firm-wide employee survey, which probes areas such as leadership and management, levels of commitment and engagement to the firm as well as pay and benefits, personal well-being, CSR and feelings towards colleagues.
