Google does not have to honor the 'right to be forgotten' outside Europe - Adam Chapman quoted in CNN Business

Adam Chapman, Partner and head of our Public Law team has been quoted in CNN Business regarding Europe's top court imposing new geographic limits on the "right to be forgotten".

CNN Business said:

Adam Chapman, a partner at London law firm Kingsley Napley, said it would be difficult to do this in practice without compromising the "primacy, unity and effectiveness of EU law"."

Adam Chapman is a Partner and Head of our Public Law team. He has nearly 30 years experience as a public lawyer and previously spent most of his career in central government, working at the Treasury Solicitor’s Department and at the Attorney General’s Office.

His data protection work ranges from compliance advice through to advising on responses to information security breaches and appeals against decisions of the ICO.
