About Kate Rohde

Kate is a Partner in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury practice and an experienced specialist in clinical negligence claims of all types, often acting for bereaved families or on behalf of children and adults who have suffered permanent and profound injuries.  

She has depth and breadth of experience in clinical negligence matters.  Predominantly serious injury and fatal injury cases, such as brain injury, birth injury, spinal injury, cerebral palsy, failure to diagnose meningitis.
