The latest edition of Professor Ed Cape’s Defending Suspects at Police Stations was published on 14 September 2020 and has been co-authored by Partner, Sandra Paul and Senior Associate, Matthew Hardcastle, both members of our Criminal Litigation team.

This is the 8th edition of a text which has been running for 27-years and is widely considered to be the book on police station law.  This event provides an opportunity to meet the authors who will be discussing updates made to the 8th edition, how COVID-19 has impacted practice, and general issues in criminal justice. They'll also be an Q&A session during the event.

The book is available from Legal Action Group (LAG) here.

Date and time - Monday 5th October 2020 from 17:00 - 18:00pm

The virtual event is free to attend. If you would like to join us please click here to register.
