We invite international criminal lawyers and other professionals to join our International Criminal Law team on 17 July 2018 to raise a glass to mark 20 years since the signing of the Rome Statute, the founding treaty which established the International Criminal Court.
The negotiation of the Statute led to a historic advance in international law, creating the only permanent international court with a mandate to end impunity for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression.
We will be joined by a number of those who have appeared before the court, who will share their thoughts about the past and the future.
To receive international criminal law updates and invitations to similar events in future, please complete our mailing preference form, where you can also amend your details and mailing preferences.
