Recent tribunal cases involving Covid-19
If you’re in any way involved in the world of professional regulation it can’t have escaped your attention that the definition of what may constitute a lack of integrity has recently been defined, and arguably widened, by the Court of Appeal.
The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) recently imposed a fine of £250,000 on White & Case – the largest against any law firm in England and Wales. The previous record (£50,000) was shared by Clyde & Co and Fuglers.
