COVID-19 Fraud: New Taxpayer Protection Taskforce
Our client considered that her former solicitors and barrister had settled divorce proceedings on her behalf against her instructions and/or having failed to give her the correct advice as to the effect of the agreement that was reached.
We assisted our client in pre-action correspondence and ultimately reached a favourable settlement. This involved dealing with complex issues arising primarily in relation to the quantification of our client’s loss as a consequence of the alleged breach of duty arising from the inadequate standard of care afforded to her by her legal team acting in the divorce.
