Dispute Resolution 

Purpose of job:

To work, as part of a team, advising the firm’s clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.

We are looking for pure commercial litigators. Individuals who have had great exposure to a mixture of cases and can demonstrate the value they have brought to the case.

We recognise and value different backgrounds and are keen to see people who are self-starters with an entrepreneurial flair. 

The Dispute Resolution team are busy, fast paced and growing. They are also incredibly supportive. We seek team players; those who will work hard to get the best result for their client - but more specifically individuals who are willing to learn, support their colleagues and can give clear and succinct updates & feedback.  

Duties to include:

  • Commercial and Contractual disputes
  • A wide range of fraud related matters including claims for dishonesty and deceit, receipt of bribes and secret profits, conspiracy, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, trust litigation where fraud is involved or suspected, committal proceedings and insolvency cases involving fraud
  • Provide advice and assistance in corporate investigations into the conduct of individuals detecting instances of fraud
  • Provide advice and assistance dealing with civil injunctions, including Freezing Orders and Search Orders and Orders for disclosure of information and documents
  • Director, Shareholder and Partnership disputes
  • Assisting with large-scale cross border internal investigations.
  • International disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Insolvency
  • Asset tracing.
