Gareth Kervin

Gareth is an experienced employment lawyer with particular expertise in matters affecting City based financial institutions, high net-worth individuals and large scale transactions. He has the benefit of having worked as in-house employment counsel at a major global investment bank and a large inter-dealer brokers, and as a solicitor in major private practices.

Gareth has a particular interest in the protection of business interests and has conducted a number of high value restrictive covenant cases. He has also written and presented on the topic whilst in private practice.
