UKBA Guidance on Tier 2 (General) limits
The Government recently announced interim limits on the number of Tier 1 (General) and Tier 2 (General) approvals. These interim limits will run from 19 July 2010 to 31 March 2011. The UK Border Agency has now announced details of the Tier 2 (General) interim limits and additional guidance on how these will apply to Tier 2 (General) applications.
