Immigration Update: Updated Sponsorship Management System User Guides for Sponsors

A series of new and revised user guides for the Sponsor Management System, covering all functions that sponsors are required or may wish to use, have recently been published on the UK Border Agency website. This guidance is valid from 1 October 2011.
Can a new Panel Member be appointed during a Disciplinary Hearing if an existing Panel Member is no longer able to sit? If yes, what procedures should then be followed?
