The team is made up of real estate lawyers and finance lawyers with specialist experience in the real estate market.  Whether it is direct investment or through a tax efficient market vehicle, Kingsley Napley's Real Estate Finance Team has the expertise and resources to meet your needs.

We work with corporate borrowers, off shore vehicles, JV partnerships, banks and other financial institutions on development and investment funding transactions, refinancing issues, the financing and transfer of property portfolios and other property related structured financing transactions. 

In addition to basic secured lending transactions, the team drafts and negotiates complex syndicated loan facilities, revolving credit facilities, refinancing of existing facilities, development finance, social housing  finance and reports  on title.  

The team also carry out full due diligence, investigation of title and, where necessary, provide certificates of title for the property in question.
