Judicial Reviews
Judicial reviews challenge the lawfulness or appropriateness of a decision or action by a public body. The public law team is lead by Adam Chapman, who along with his team, has extensive experience dealing with the most sensitive and high profile judicial review cases. The team can advise on the appropriateness of a judicial review action and also represent our clients throughout the process.
