Funding your claim

We offer clients an hour's free initial advice and will keep you updated on the likely costs of your case throughout your claim.

If your case is successful, you recover the majority of your reasonable legal costs from your opponent in addition to the damages you receive. You remain responsible for paying any shortfall.

If you lose your case you may, depending upon the method of funding, be liable to pay all your own costs and those of your opponent. We will advise you about protecting yourself against this eventuality, if appropriate.
