Recruitment Industry

The Recruitment Industry Team, led by Gareth Kervin, is a cross-practice sector led team designed to meet the specific needs of the industry. With the recruitment industry receiving a great deal of attention at an Employment Tribunal, governmental and European level; both at the way it is regulated and how the workers it places are protected, the formation of the team has been client led.

In addition to providing general business services legal advice, the Team provides specialist advice on regulatory affairs, professional standards, immigration issues and pre and post employment matters.

The Spec 

The team produces The Spec, a quarterly update on developments in the recruitment industry. The latest issue looks at the Money Laundering regulations coming into force on the 1st April 2008.
