Our regulatory lawyers have considerable experience acting for individuals against regulatory authorities. We have the knowledge, skills and expertise to deal with a range of regulatory investigations and proceedings by bodies such as the Financial Services Authority, investment exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange, and enforcement authorities such as the Health and Safety Executive, the Environment Agency as well as local authorities. We regularly advise clients in Environmental Law proceedings and have recently acted for clients in relation to proceedings before the Information Commissioner, Electoral Commission and First Tier Tribunal (Information Rights).

Members of the Team have particular expertise in appearing before First-Tier and Upper Tribunals, including the Health, Education and Social Care and General Regulatory Chambers and the Administrative Appeals Chamber. We have particular knowledge and expertise in advising individuals on the impact of the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008

The lawyers in the Regulatory team at Kingsley Napley are able to offer a comprehensive service, as we are ideally placed to draw on the experience in related areas within the firm, including lawyers in the Public Law, Criminal, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Personal Injury teams.
