Trainees
Trainee Solicitor
You will not be a bag carrier as a trainee at Kingsley Napley.
You will be given meaningful and good quality experience; working alongside and being supervised by highly experience lawyers, who are specialists in their legal field.
We will provide you with every opportunity to qualify as a lawyer but you will only get out of the experience what you are prepared to put into it.
Our trainees have the opportunity from early on in their training to have first hand experience of client care by shadowing and observing our experienced fee earners and partners.
Every trainee is encouraged to get involved with marketing throughout their training.
It is not all work and no play. We have a very active social life within the firm through regular activities organised to provide everyone with opportunities to mingle and have some fun.
The firm is committed to development of its people and have in place initiatives to proactively support this.
We currently offer five trainee places each year and application is made on-line. Short-listed candidates are invited to attend an Assessment Day following which offers will be made to successful candidates.
