The Real Estate department of Kingsley Napley is advising a long established privately owned company in the disposal of part of its business involving the sale of both freehold and leasehold properties and the sale of assets goodwill and equipment under the TOGC regime including the transfer of employees to the purchasing company under the TUPE regulations with the assistance of colleagues in the firm's Employment team.
