Kingsley Napley acts for a privately owned company in the acquisition, development and subsequent letting of an office development near St Paul's Cathedral.  The transaction involved not only the acquisition of this partly let building but also the necessary negotiations with the occupational restaurant tenant in relation to the variation of its own lease in order to facilitate the development of the upper floors but also all aspects of the development relating to those other floors including the negotiation of the Professional Appointments and consequential warranties of the professional team employed to advise the Company and the building contractor responsible for the construction work and the subsequent letting of the upper floors to several office tenants all of whom are to have the benefit of warranties from the professional team and building contractor relating to the performance of their obligations under their respective Professional Appointments/Building Contract.
