Third Party Funding

If you are a member of a trade union, we will advise you to check with your union whether they have their own legal advice scheme.  If so, they may fund your legal costs but you might have to use their approved solicitor. 

Your employer or a member of your family may also be willing to fund a case on your behalf.  If so, it is important to bear in mind that you, as our client, will remain liable for any costs that are not paid by the third party.
