Typical Cases

Acting successfully for a
Defendant who was instructed as the agent to a company which had commissioned the
building of several ships to renegotiate the shipbuilding contracts. When the negotiations broke down the
shipbuilders brought a claim against our client for conspiracy and unlawful
interference with contract.

Acting for a Defendant against
whom a claim had been brought in fraudulent misrepresentation following the
sale of shares from one director to another director and then onto our client.

dispute arising out of the alteration of the beneficial interests in a trust, which was used to
