Scott Lister qualified as a solicitor in September 2012 and joined Kingsley Napley after completing his training contract at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors in London.
Before becoming a solicitor Scott practised for many years as a senior nurse within the NHS and brings valuable medical knowledge and critical care experience to his work in the clinical negligence and personal injury team at Kingsley Napley.
Scott completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University (both with distinction), after completing an MSc in Management.
Scott is currently assisting Terry Donovan and Punam Sood with clinical negligence and personal injury cases. He has a particular interest in birth injury, neurosurgical, nursing and fatal cases.
In his spare time Scott enjoys horse riding, show jumping and spending time in the countryside.
