Roberta Draper joined the firm as an Immigration Executive in 2010.
Roberta studied Law and Management at the University of Leeds prior to undertaking her LPC at The College of Law, Bloomsbury. She then worked at a niche immigration firm specialising in human rights work before joining Kingsley Napley.
Roberta was promoted to Legal Assistant in October 2011 and supports senior members of the team with applications under the Points Based System, European law and nationality law as well as acting as a point of contact for various major clients. She is also involved in appeals to the First-tier Tribunal.
