Patricia joined Kingsley Napley in June 2010 as a Partner specialising in Court of Protection work, particularly in relation to Deputyship work and Personal Injury Trusts.
Patricia has the unique background of having specialised in Claimant Personal Injury Litigation for over 10 years, and for the past 8 years has been recognised as a specialist and leader in the field of Court of Protection work, particularly in relation to clients with acquired brain injuries arising from road traffic accidents, assaults and clinical negligence.
Patricia brings a unique background and sensitive yet efficient approach to her work on behalf of clients and their families both during the litigation process and long-term in respect of financial planning, house purchase and adapations, and care and support needs and generally assists and advises on high value damages claims.
Patricia also advises upon the setting up and administration of Trusts on behalf of children and Personal Injury Trusts on behalf of clients who have mental capacity and have received an award of damages arising from a personal injury.
